Working for One Direction...

No, not that One Direction (I haven't completely lost it). I had the opportunity to sit down with Scott Porter who has been a mentor of mine in Emergency Management. Scott is the "go-to" when you have a question about preparedness and response and is the epitome of professionalism. While I've known Scott for almost 12 years, we'd never had the opportunity to talk about his life and all that brought him to where he is now. I've learned a lot from Scott professionally and am glad that I was able to learn more about him personally. I'm grateful to Scott for taking the time, I really enjoyed our talk and I think you will too.
